Description of Service

QueueView provides a real-time operations dashboard for telephone answering services, including queue health monitoring, AI QA scoring, agent coaching workflows, leaderboards, and performance analytics.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Limitation of Liability

QueueView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
